These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FabbroPronto (fabbrodiretto.com) (the "Service"), an online directory of local businesses serving Italia and operated by Hyperse LLC. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

The Service is an information directory. It lists local businesses together with ratings, reviews and contact details, and allows users to submit contact inquiries to those businesses. The operator merely provides information and a means of making contact. The operator is not a party to any contract, booking, transaction or other arrangement concluded between a user and a listed business, and assumes no responsibility for the performance, quality, legality or safety of any service provided by a listed business. Any agreement is concluded solely between the user and the respective business.

2. Accuracy of Information

Listings, business details and ratings are compiled from publicly accessible sources and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. The inclusion of a business does not constitute a recommendation, endorsement or warranty. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information and accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it. We recommend that you verify essential details directly with the business concerned.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you must not:

  • use automated means (such as scraping, crawling or bots) to access, copy or harvest content except as expressly permitted;
  • submit false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful or abusive information through any form;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, circumvent security measures of, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence or for injury to life, body or health.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you reside. Where permitted, the courts at the operator's registered seat shall have jurisdiction.
